A vision you can steer by

Write a one-paragraph vision that makes decisions easier for the next year.

🎬 Video lesson — coming soon. The full written lesson is below.

A vision is not a poster on the wall. It is a filter: when two paths appear — take the market stall or the café wholesale deal? — the vision tells you which one moves you toward the business you actually want.

  1. Describe an ordinary Tuesday three years from now if this goes well. Where are you baking? How many hours? Who buys? What does the money roughly look like?

  2. Cut everything from that picture you do not truly want (a shop with staff? maybe you want a small home atelier with premium prices instead).

  3. Compress it into one paragraph that starts with "I run a … that …".

  4. Test it on the next real decision: which option moves you TOWARD the paragraph?
