Where you use the platform to process personal data of your own customers, you act as the data controller and we act as a data processor acting on your documented instructions.

We process personal data only to provide the service as described in the Terms & Conditions and this agreement, for the duration of your use of the platform.

We maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

We may engage sub-processors under written terms no less protective than this agreement, and remain responsible for their performance.

We will assist you in responding to data subject requests and will notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting your data.
