Escrow Terms

How funds are held in escrow and released between parties.

Last updated 5 June 2026

1. Purpose of escrow

Escrow holds a buyer’s payment securely until agreed conditions are met, protecting both the buyer and the seller during a transaction.

This document is a placeholder template provided for general information only. It is not legal advice and will be replaced with the operator’s finalised, counsel-reviewed terms before launch.

2. Holding & release

Funds are captured at the time of order and held until the order is delivered and accepted, or until a dispute is resolved, at which point they are released to the seller or refunded to the buyer.

3. Disputes

If a dispute is raised, funds remain held until it is resolved under our dispute process. We may request evidence from both parties.

4. Fees

Any escrow or processing fees are disclosed before a transaction and deducted from the payout as described in your billing settings.

This page is a placeholder template and does not constitute legal advice. The operator should replace it with finalised, counsel-reviewed terms before relying on it.
