1. Use of the platform
Restaurants may use the platform to build a storefront, take orders, manage inventory, and access the marketplaces, subject to their plan and these terms.

2. Content & compliance
You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, allergen and dietary information, and for complying with food-safety and consumer laws applicable to your business.
3. Customer relationships
Orders placed on your storefront are between you and your customer. We provide the tools; you remain the merchant of record for those sales.
4. Fees
Subscription, add-on, and any transaction fees are described in your billing settings and may change with notice.
