1. Supplier obligations
Suppliers agree to provide accurate product, pricing, and availability information and to fulfil confirmed orders within the stated lead times.

2. Quotes & orders
Quotes and orders placed through the platform are binding once confirmed by both parties, subject to the cancellation terms shown at the time.
3. Delivery & acceptance
Risk and title pass on delivery and acceptance by the buying restaurant. Discrepancies should be reported through the receiving flow.
4. Payment & payouts
Payments for delivered orders are settled through the platform’s escrow and payout process described in the Escrow Terms.
