Why is the price shown per month but billed yearly?
The flat plans are one yearly charge — 12 × the monthly price you see (Online Starter 1 788,00 SEK/yr, Basic 3 588,00 SEK/yr). We show the monthly figure because that's how you budget, and we always print the yearly total right next to it. Pay As You Go has no fixed fee at all.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Every plan starts with 7 days of full access, no card. If Restora is a fit, you pick a plan and continue. If not, the trial ends quietly — there is nothing to cancel and nothing is charged.
Do you take commission on my orders?
On the flat plans: no — 0% on orders through your own website and QR menus. Pay As You Go is the opposite trade: 0/mo and the platform takes 7% per order. You choose, and you can switch.
Is AI usage included?
AI features (like the Experience Studio) are paid from your AI credit — every new restaurant gets a one-time 100,00 SEK credit, and AI usage is paid from it during the trial too. No surprise AI bills.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Many restaurants start on Pay As You Go or Online Starter and move to Basic when volume grows — the flat plan becomes cheaper than 7% surprisingly quickly. Your data and setup carry over unchanged.
