Sales Agent Program — overview

A free, recurring-commission referral program. You refer restaurants; when they pay a subscription invoice, you earn 5% — for the lifetime of the account. No cap, no quota, no contractual lock-in.

Every agent gets a personal referral code (e.g. SA-ANNA-7K) and a unique referral link. There are two ways a restaurant gets attributed to you:

1. Link click — the prospect clicks your link, lands on /register?ref=SA-ANNA-7K, the cookie attributes them to you for 90 days even if they sign up later.
2. Manual code entry — the prospect types your code on the registration page.

The first paid invoice locks attribution to you permanently. From that point on, every future invoice from that restaurant generates a 5% commission for your account.

On every paid subscription invoice:

• Restora 360 collects the invoice total
• 5% of that total is recorded as a pending commission in your ledger
• At month-end, all pending commissions cross to batched and a Stripe Connect payout is scheduled
• Once the £50 minimum threshold is reached, the payout transfers to your bank

• Payouts run on a monthly batch via Stripe Connect.
• Minimum payout threshold: £50 (currency depends on your account).
• You must complete a one-time Stripe verification (~5 minutes) before your first payout.
• Refunded or charged-back invoices generate a negative ledger entry that nets against your balance.

You can see every commission entry, every batch, and every Stripe transfer in your /agent/payouts dashboard.

Counts:

• A new restaurant that signs up via your link or code, activates a paid subscription, and pays at least one invoice.
• Restaurants that switch from Restora 360 Free trial to a paid plan after clicking your link within the 90-day attribution window.

Doesn't count:

• Restaurants that signed up directly (no attribution cookie or code at signup time).
• Restaurants you already manage as a Web Designer (you earn the designer 10% on those, not the SA 5%).
• Self-referrals (signing up your own restaurant with your own code is blocked + audit-logged).
