Analytics overview
Where to find the numbers that matter — daily, weekly, monthly.
The KPI dashboard
Analytics → Overview shows today / 7d / 30d / 90d / YTD windows for: total revenue, orders, average order value, top items, revenue by category, hourly volume heatmap, weekday weights. Compare period-over-period to spot trends.
Profit margins
Analytics → Profit Margins joins your orders × recipe mappings × purchase entries to compute gross margin per product / category / period. See Profit margins (coming soon) for the full breakdown and CSV export.
Customer cohorts
Customers lists every customer (auto-aggregated from orders) with order history, lifetime spend, last-seen, and a one-click "send marketing email" link. Filters: VIPs (≥10 orders), at-risk (≥30 days silent), new (first order this week).
CSV export
Every report has a Download CSV button. The export respects whatever filter / date range is active. Use it in Excel / Google Sheets / your accounting software.
Frequently asked
- Stripe shows gross sales (including refunds + fees in/out). Restora 360's Analytics show net revenue (post-refund). Both are correct — just measuring different things.
