Sign up & launch your restaurant
The end-to-end sign-up flow: account → restaurant profile → menu → payments → publish.
Before you start
You'll need:
- An email address you can verify
- Your restaurant name + address
- A menu (we can import from a PDF or CSV, or you can type it in)
- A Stripe account (we'll prompt you to connect one during setup — takes ~5 minutes)
- About 15 minutes
Step 1 — Create your account
Open the registration page and enter:
- Your full name
- Your email address (used for receipts + customer notifications)
- A strong password (minimum 8 characters)
- The restaurant name + city
After submission you're signed in and routed to the dashboard.
Step 2 — Complete your restaurant profile
Open Settings → Profile and fill in:
- Phone, full address, opening hours (per weekday + special days)
- Business description (used in your site's SEO meta description)
- Currency, time zone, primary language
Step 3 — Build your menu
Pick one path under Menu:
- Type it in — Categories → New category, then add products. Each product supports an image, description, allergens, modifiers, and a recipe mapping for inventory tracking.
- Import — Open Import in the sidebar to upload a CSV or photograph of your menu; the AI menu writer converts it to structured products.
- Copy from a template — Pick a cuisine template; it ships with starter categories and products.
Step 4 — Connect Stripe
Open Billing → Payment methods → Connect Stripe. You'll be redirected to Stripe's onboarding form. After verification, your account can accept:
- Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.)
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- Klarna (when enabled in your country)
- Regional methods (iDEAL, Bancontact, etc.)
See the Stripe onboarding guide for the full walkthrough.
Step 5 — Publish your storefront
When you're happy with the site, open Website → Publish and toggle "Published". Your subdomain (yourname.restora360.com) is now live; if you connect a custom domain it goes live the same way.
After launch
A few high-impact follow-ups:
- Print your QR menus (Operations → QR Generator) and stick them on tables.
- Add staff (Operations → Staff & Permissions) and assign each a role.
- Turn on Email marketing to collect customer emails on every checkout.
- Set up your Google Business sync so review responses go in both directions.
