Import your restaurant from another system
One-click migration: connect, preview what we found, and import everything. Undo any time.
What it does
The importer moves your restaurant into Restora 360 for you. Open Menu → Import Restaurant. It brings over:
- Your full menu — categories, dishes, descriptions and prices
- Sizes, extras and option groups
- Photos (where the source provides them; otherwise we suggest matching photos from our library)
- Allergen and dietary notes as suggestions you confirm — we never assert allergens for you
- Restaurant details (name, phone, address, opening hours) — only the ones you tick to apply
It usually takes 2–5 minutes. Nothing goes live silently: you preview everything first, and every import can be undone.
Importing from GloriaFood
GloriaFood gives you a connection code that lets us read (only read) your menu:
- Log in to your GloriaFood admin.
- Open Online Ordering → Integrations (older admin: Others → 3rd party integrations).
- Pick the template called "Fetch Menu" and press Generate.
- Copy the code and paste it into Restora 360's import screen.
We connect, scan your menu, and show you a preview with the counts before anything is imported.
Heads-up: GloriaFood is shutting down in April 2027 and will not keep your data — importing now is the safe move.
Website link or file
No GloriaFood account? Two more ways in:
- Website link — paste a link to your current website or online menu and we read it for you. You confirm it's your restaurant first.
- Menu file — upload a CSV or Excel export of your menu and map the columns.
If you already have a menu
When your Restora 360 menu isn't empty, you choose what happens:
- Merge (recommended) — keep what you have, update matching dishes, add new ones. You can tick "keep dishes I've edited here" so a re-import never overwrites your changes.
- Replace — remove your current menu and use the imported one. We save an automatic backup so you can undo.
- Skip duplicates — only add dishes you don't already have.
Report, notifications and undo
You can leave the page while a large import runs — we finish in the background and let you know (in the bell and by email).
When it's done you get a plain-language report: what was brought over, what's worth a look (missing prices, duplicates, allergen suggestions to confirm), and anything we couldn't move automatically. If you change your mind, undo the whole import under Menu → Import Restaurant → Import history.
Ready when you are
Import your restaurant
Frequently asked
- Only if you choose "Replace" — and even then we save an automatic backup you can undo. "Merge" and "Skip duplicates" never remove your dishes.
- No. Allergen and dietary information is imported as suggestions you confirm in the menu editor — we never assert allergens on your behalf.
- Yes. Re-importing updates dishes that changed at the source and adds new ones; tick "keep dishes I've edited here" to protect your local edits.
- The import never stops for a single photo. Any photo we couldn't save is listed in your report, and you can add it yourself later.
