Label everything once. Every scan after that just works.
Turn your inventory list into printable label sheets. Product labels carry a scannable QR of the item’s own code; shelf labels open a storage spot when scanned. Print on the ordinary printer you already own, stick them on, and every scan afterwards recognises the right item.
In plain words
The quiet backbone of stock control
Open the Labels page, tick the ingredients you want from your inventory, and print a sheet of labels. Each label shows the item’s name and a QR code carrying that item’s code — so when you scan a tub during receiving, a stock count or a waste log, Restora knows exactly which item it is. No typing, no guessing.
Shelf labels do the same for places instead of products. Print one for each storage spot — a shelf, a fridge, the dry store — and scanning it opens a list of exactly what lives there. Sheets print from your browser on any ordinary printer, and the QR codes are generated on your device, so building a full sheet makes zero network requests. Shipment labels arrive from your supplier’s side automatically, so you never make those by hand.
Who it's for
Built for the people who actually use it
Stock & storeroom
Every tub, box and bag gets a scannable name. Receiving and stock counts become point-and-scan instead of squint-and-type.
The kitchen
Labelled containers mean a waste log is one scan, not a search through a list — and new staff can tell what’s what at a glance.
Owners & managers
When every item and shelf carries the right code, your counts and waste figures stay accurate — the numbers you decide with get better.
How it works
Up and running in three simple steps
Tick what needs a label
Choose Products or Shelves, search your list, and tick the items or storage spots you want — or select all in one go.
Set up the sheet
Pick QR or classic barcode, choose 3 to 6 labels per row, and tick “show price” if you want the purchase price on each label.
Print and stick
Press Print and the sheet comes out of the printer you already own. Cut, stick, done — every label is now scannable.
What's inside
Everything Labels & Printing gives you
One scannable code per item
Each product label carries the item’s own code — its barcode, SKU or Restora 360 ID — so a scan in receiving, counting or waste logging recognises it instantly.
Shelf labels for storage spots
Print a label for each shelf, fridge or dry store. Scan it with a phone and it opens that location — showing exactly what lives there.
QR or classic barcode
Prefer stripes? Switch product labels to a classic retail-style barcode if that suits your scanner better.
Any ordinary printer
Label sheets print straight from the browser on the printer you already own — plain paper or sticker sheets, 3 to 6 labels per row.
An ID for everything
Items without a barcode get one click of “Assign Restora 360 IDs” and every ingredient has its own universal code — nothing is left unlabelled.
Codes made on your device
The QR codes are generated right on your device, so building a full sheet makes zero network requests — quick even on shaky Wi-Fi.
Labels & Printing shares the same core as everything else on Restora 360 — the menu, prices and orders you see here are the same ones your team sees everywhere.
Why it pays off
Small stickers, much calmer stock control
From “which tub is this?” to the exact item — receiving, stock counts and waste logs all read the same label.
In extra hardware — sheets print on any ordinary printer, no special label machine needed.
Product labels for items, shelf labels for places — everything in the stockroom gets a scannable name.

Questions & answers
Frequently asked questions
What is Labels & Printing?
It’s a page in your dashboard that turns your inventory into printable label sheets. Product labels show the item’s name and a scannable QR of its code; shelf labels open a storage spot when scanned. You pick the items, print the sheet on your own printer, then cut and stick.
Do I need a special label printer?
No. The sheets print from your browser on any ordinary printer — plain paper or sticker sheets both work, and you choose 3 to 6 labels per row so they come out the size you want.
What does the QR code on a product label contain?
The item’s own code: its barcode if it has one, otherwise its SKU or Restora 360 ID. That’s exactly what the rest of the system reads, so scanning a label during receiving, a stock count or a waste log picks the right item every time.
What if an ingredient has no barcode or SKU?
One click. The “Assign Restora 360 IDs” button gives every ingredient that lacks a code its own universal Restora ID, so everything in your inventory can carry a label.
What do shelf labels do?
Each one carries a QR that links to that storage location in your dashboard. Stick one on a shelf, a fridge or the dry store, scan it with a phone, and you see exactly what lives there — handy for counts, and for new staff finding their way.
Can I print classic barcodes instead of QR codes?
Yes. Product labels can switch from QR to a classic striped barcode if that suits your scanner better. Shelf labels always use QR, because they open a page when scanned.
What about labels for deliveries and shipments?
You don’t make those here. When a supplier marks your order as shipped, the shipment label comes from their side automatically — so there’s nothing to duplicate.
Can it print my menus, signage or branded materials?
No — this tool is for label sheets you print yourself. For menus, signage and branded print, Restora 360 has printing-press partner companies you can order from, and the Restora shop stocks hardware and consumables like receipt rolls, QR stands and printers.
